Collection

Within Germany, you can select ‘Collection in Essen’ at checkout – with no delivery charges. As soon as your product is ready, we will contact you to arrange a collection time.

Delivery time

Each product is made to order based on your photo. Within 5 working days of placing your order (in the case of prepayment, once payment has been received; in the case of a new photo, once it has been received), we will send you a draft for approval; if you have already confirmed your AI draft when placing your order, we will review the photo and draft during this time. Production then takes 1–3 working days. After that, your order will be dispatched to you via your chosen delivery method (see above for delivery times), and you’ll receive an email with the tracking number – or you can collect it from us.

Payment Methods

  • Credit and debit card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Prepayment by bank transfer

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna are processed via our payment service provider, Stripe. The amount is reserved when you place your order and debited once your design has been finalised: if you confirm it when placing your order, after we have checked the photo and design; otherwise, when we send you the design. Apple Pay and Google Pay are only displayed on supported devices and browsers; the payment methods available may vary depending on the country.

If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive our bank details on the confirmation page and by email after placing your order. We will begin work on the design once payment has been received.
