How does ordering work?+
You choose a product, upload your photo and place your order. If you have already created and approved an AI design whilst placing your order, we will check the photo and the design and then make your product on this basis; if anything isn’t right, we’ll get in touch. Otherwise – or if you’ve selected ‘Revision by a designer’ – we’ll send you a design via email or, if you’ve agreed, via WhatsApp, and produce the item once you’ve given your approval. We’ll then dispatch your product via DHL, or you can collect it in Essen.
How is the design created?+
We create the design from your photos with the help of AI. We then work it into a 3D model and 3D-print your product. Before production you see the design and can approve it or request changes.
Which photos work best?+
Sharp, well-lit photos with at least 1200 pixels on the shorter side. For figurines, several photos from different angles help: from the front, from the side and of the whole body. JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC up to 20 MB are accepted.
What happens if my photo isn't suitable?+
We will contact you with the reason and a link where you can easily upload a new photo.
